Anti-Corrosion Magnetic Level Gauge is a magnetic level indicator for corrosive liquids. Made of corrosion resistant PVC, PP or PVDF, the level gauge is the perfect fit for continuous and safe level measurement in plastic or lined storage tanks, reactors, fermentation vessels or containers with aggressive chemicals such as sulphuric acid.
Anti-corrosion Magnetic Level Gauge operates on the principle of magnetic field coupling to provide liquid level information. The float chamber is typically constructed of non magnetic pipe with process connections that match the vessel connections. Float size and weight is determined by the process fluid, pressure, temperature and the specific gravity of the process fluid. The float contains magnets to provide 360o magnetic flux field.
When the float moves, the internal magnet also moves, driving the red and white flippers to turn 180°. When the liquid level rises, the flipper changes from white to red, and when the liquid level falls, the flipper changes from red to white, and the red-white junction of the gauge is the actual height of the liquid level inside the vessel, thus realizing clear liquid level indication. operators can readily and accurately identify the liquid level within the tank or vessel.
Anti-corrosion Magnetic Level Gauge can be added with remote transmitter and liquid level switches to realize remote indication, detection, recording and control.
