The anti-corrosion float level switch is designed and produced based on the principle of magnetic field. The liquid level switch consists of a conduit inserted into the medium and an explosion-proof meter head for wiring. When the liquid level in the container changes, the float on the conduit moves up and down with the change of the liquid level. The permanent magnet in the float acts on the reed switch in the conduit to control the attraction or disconnection of the reed switch, generating an on-off switch signal, thereby controlling the opening and closing of equipment such as motors and water pumps.
The conduit of the anti-corrosion float level switch is wrapped with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and the surface of the float is sprayed with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) has excellent chemical stability and corrosion resistance. This level switch can be used for level measurement work with corrosive media. It has a wide range of applications in the control of the liquid level of media in containers in the chemical, petrochemical, oil refining, pharmaceutical, pesticide, chemical fiber, food, beverage and other industries.
