High Temperature Magnetic Level Gauge is a water level gauge installed on the measuring surface of boilers, specially manufactured to indicate changes in liquid level inside containers such as boilers under high temperature and high pressure environments. It can stably and accurately indicate changes in liquid level in high temperature and high pressure environments, facilitating observation and control of liquid level. The indicator is composed of a magnetic flip column made of ceramic material. When the magnetic float inside the liquid level gauge rises with the liquid level, the magnetic flip column flips due to magnetic force, showing a clear red and white boundary line at the liquid level.
The indicator is completely isolated from the storage tank during work, which has the advantages of safe use, reasonable design, simple structure, convenient and reliable installation, stable performance, long service life, low maintenance costs, and easy installation and maintenance.
High Temperature Magnetic Level Gauge can be equipped with a remote transmitter as needed, which can achieve local digital display and output 4-20mA remote transmission signals, facilitating observation and control of the liquid level inside the container. Magnetic switches or proximity switches can also be installed to achieve liquid level monitoring alarms and control of inlet and outlet equipment, thereby controlling the height of the liquid level. A shut-off valve can be installed between the side mounted magnetic flap level gauge and the measured container to facilitate the installation, maintenance, and cleaning of the level gauge.
