Magnetic Level Gauge with A Remote Transmitter adopts the principle of connection device. The liquid in the container is introduced into the chamber of the liquid level indicator. The float in the chamber, according to the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling principle. Outside the chamber is attached to a flipper scale that reflects the magnetic phenomenon as a display of the liquid level position. As the liquid level inside the chamber changes, the height of the float also changes accordingly, the magnets within it also move, drives the red and white flippers to turn 180°. When the liquid level rises, the flipper changes from white to red, and when the liquid level falls, the flipper changes from red to white, and the red-white junction of the gauge is the actual height of the liquid level inside the vessel, thus realizing clear liquid level indication. It connected to a remote transmitter, and the magnet inside the float will be attached to the contact on the transmitter, causing a change in circuit resistance and generating various resistance signals to achieve remote level display. operators can readily and accurately identify the fluid level within the tank or vessel.
At the same time, when matched with switches and alarm control, it can realize the upper and lower limit alarms of liquid level and remote automatic control.
