High-temperature and high-pressure glass tube level gauge is a kind of two-color quartz tube level gauge with light, which is specially designed and manufactured for boiler water level measurement, also called boiler specific level gauge. This level indicator is a two-color water level meter designed on the principle of light refraction. The level indicator has a red and a green light source. When the level indicator is installed on the boiler, water and steam flow into the level indicator through the connecting pipe. According to the principle of light refraction, the steam is displayed in red and the water is displayed in green, the red and green interface in the level indicator is the boiler liquid level, the red and green display is intuitive and convenient.
The light source control switch of liquid level gauge has an adjusting function, which is used to adjust the brightness of red and green light sources respectively, and the brightness of red and green light sources can be adjusted according to the actual situation in the field, which makes the observation of liquid level more intuitive, and the remote observation of liquid level can be carried out in the control room after installing the monitoring device.
Two-color quartz tube level gauge with light has good temperature and pressure resistance performance, so it is widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, metallurgy and other industries on a variety of transparent liquid tanks and vessels, such as water, gasoline, liquefied petroleum gas, liquid ammonia, propane, propylene, aromatic hydrocarbons, acids and other oils and chemical raw materials level measurement.
There is a steel ball in each of the upper and lower Cock valves of the liquid level indicator, when the glass tube of the liquid level indicator is broken due to an accident, the steel ball of the liquid level indicator will block the inlet and outlet holes on the cock valves under the action of the pressure inside the vessel, preventing the liquid inside the vessel from spraying and continuing to flow out, and avoiding the economic loss and personnel injury caused by the leakage of the liquid.
